Heavy duty material decoiler Operation method:
5-1 first confirm whether the power supply voltage on the electric box is consistent with the power supply voltage in your factory.
5-2 then connect the power line. Please check the rotation direction of the material decoiler.
5-3 adjust the distance between the material rack and the punch press and feeding rack. The standard is about 2-3m. Adjust the distance to the required distance according to the thickness of the material. If there is a leveling machine in front of the material rack, adjust the distance according to the actual situation (about 4-5m).
5-4 adjust the handle of the material rack counterclockwise to make the diameter of the material support plate of the material rack less than the inner diameter of the coiled material, so as to facilitate the loading of coiled material.
5-5 after aligning, installing two A-type irons and locking them, put the coil rack on the rack;
5-6 adjust the handle clockwise to open the material support plate, tighten the inner diameter of the material, and then remove the handle.
5-7 install the other two A-type irons on the other two supporting plates and lock them. There should be some gap between the A-type iron and the material (about 3-5 openings). For example, if the A-type iron is too close to the material, it will affect the discharging speed and the feeding is not smooth. If it is too far away, the material will swing left and right, which will affect the coil discharging and feeding effect. Therefore, it should not be too tight or too loose, and the smooth discharging shall prevail.
5-8 time control is the parking time control, which can control the discharge speed, adjust the height of the sensing rod and appropriately control the discharge length according to the needs of the product.
