Product features:

Belt type high-speed gear feeder is suitable for high-speed processing and punching products requiring high-precision feeding. The change of feeding length is formed by the transformation of 1-4 gears.

1. It is suitable for stamping products requiring high-speed processing and high-precision feeding.

2. It is suitable for feeding devices with different thickness, different feeding distance, large change of material width and wide application range.

3. There is no need to adjust the feeding thickness, and the feeding distance can only be changed by gear.

4. Standard Specification (or design) description of belt type high-speed gear feeder:

(1). Intermittent feeding mode driven by cam.

(2). The change of feed distance is formed by the transformation of 2 4 gears.

(3). Only the lower roller is driven, while the upper roller is pressed by the spring.

(4). When inserting materials, the upper and lower rollers can be relaxed by the manual switch of the air valve.

(5). Lubrication mode 1: the cam part in the divider is oil groove type, while other gear parts are oil immersed type.

(6). The upper and lower rollers are plated with hard chromium.

(7). The release device is an eccentric cam, so the release angle can be adjusted freely in the range of 0 180 .
